I’m having troubles with ‘bc’ plugin in this scenario, already set additionals ‘Start Time’ periods in Settings (for example 11:00 PM@@23:00 and 11:30 PM@@23:30) but if user try to book, lets say, at 11:00PM of day 8 March, and select the day 10 of March using the Start Time 11:00 PM or 11:30 PM the Calendar throw error and say ‘Start Time is invalid. The day or time may be booked or already in the past….’ there are no bookings, all cleared, and ‘…in the past’ ? can’t be if trying to book 2 days ahead. So is a bug? or a missinterpretation of plugin behavior? Best regards
Please open the WP Booking Calendar > Settings > Calendar > Calendar Settings page and be sure that you enabled this option “Use selected times for each booking date“
It’s will allow you to make the booking of selected time slot on several selected dates, and do not use the time slots as start/end time for selected dates.
Otherwise send screenshot of your short-code in that page and provide the exact link to your page with the booking form on front-end side of your website, where you are having the issue.
That Option does not exist in the posted setting location. Note that I’m refering to ‘Start Time’ Form Field option, meaning the problem is when using the options: ’10:00 PM@@22:00 10:30 PM@@22:30 11:00 PM@@23:00 11:30 PM@@23:30′ that I manually created. If client uses any future day and select one of this options, Calendar throw error previously described. The shorcode used is this one: ‘[booking resource_id=1]’ , I’m testing site in XAMPP

The reason for this issue is related to how the booking duration overlaps with the next day.
When a service is selected, such as “Truck & Trailer Washing” with a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes, and the start time is set to 23:00 on a specific date (e.g., 2026-03-10), the end time falls at 01:30 on the following day (2026-03-11). Because only one date is selected in the calendar, the system cannot process a booking that concludes on a different day. Currently, bookings that span two different dates require the selection of both dates.
We have added an improvement for this behavior to our development roadmap for future updates. While we cannot provide a specific timeline for implementation at this moment, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Then, no other way but remove those ‘Start Time’ near next day. I Think that maybe Start Time Parameter does not need to be tied to Service Duration, it could be an optional setting, ‘start time’ are very addecuate parameter from client standpoint view, so maybe next version solve this.
