MC widget not working

Hi there,

I have Easy forms installed and the form part is working fine. I have a MC widget on my home page, and it’s now suddenly stopped working (pulls api from easy forms) Error message is ‘Failed to subscribe, please contact admin’

I can’t see anything within the plugin to change this? It’s not showing up the error under the debug function either.

I’ve tried changing the API, and still it doesn’t work.

Any ideas to help please?!
