    Hi, I’m currently out of any ideas regarding my issue.
    I’m trying to connect my Event Manager Pro Form to my Mailchimp Newsletter List.

    How is the connection established? I configured the integration for event manager in MC4WP integration but I don’t receive any opt-in mails.

    I managed to send data by using the API 2 times but it only transfered “name” and “email”.

    What do I need to setup as field-ids?
    Also how can I find out why my opt-in mails are not sent/created?

    Hey @kpaulat,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    To get the double-optin email from MailChimp, you need to enable this from the plugin settings by going to “MC4WP > Integrations” menu and then click on the “Events Manager” link. Once you enable double opt-in subscribers will have to confirm their email before they are added to the list.

    As of now, our plugin can only send the “Name” & “Email” from “Events Manager” plugin to MailChimp.com. If your users are registered in your website, then you can use our premium plugin to sync any additional data.

    I have enabled the double opt-in but it does not send any email asking to opt-in.

    Hey @kpaulat,

    Did you try with a new email address that you had not added earlier? Also when you do this test, also check your spam folder.

    Yes! I tried 5 email addresses by now and I neither receive the Opt-In Mail nor is it added if I just disable Opt-In.

    Can you please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and share with any errors listed there?

    Hey @kpaulat,

    Are you able to resolve the issue now based on the errors?

    You will just need to set the FNAME,LNAME as not mandatory and then test using a different email address.
