    Hi,

The site is online, and I have no messages from my downtime monitor./

Are you trying to visit the site, or are you trying to update the Premium add-on?

    Kind regards,

I have 12 sites using the free version and are now all showing “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.” when submitting.

The settings are showing the plugin is still connected. All sites were working for 2+ years.

Form is on the bottom of the page https://eatrp.com/ and all of the sites linked from there.

    Hello,

Please go to the “MC4WP > Others” menu and let us know the errors displayed in the log. When sharing please remove any sensitive data.

[2024-12-01 17:48:30] ERROR: Form 2447 > Mailchimp API error: 404 Not Found. Resource Not Found. The requested resource could not be found.

Just to clarify, that’s a response from the Mailchimp.com API, not from MC4WP and is unrelated to upgrading the plugin.

The error means that whatever you are trying to update on the API isn’t there anymore. This could for example happen when the audience you try to subscribe to is no longer there.

First go to MC4WP > Mailchimp, and click Renew Mailchimp Lists, to pull in the latest date from your Mailchimp.com account.

Then go to MC4WP > Form > Settings, and make sure the correct audience is still selected and click the save button.

Then try the form again with a new/fresh email.

Let me know if that still doesn’t solve the error.

    Kind regards,

That did the trick. Thank you!
