Good day,

I have been having an issue with the plugin, the form is completely irresponsive. At first I thought i had an issue with the mailChimp account, so I completely reset it, but it didn’t make any difference. I deactivated and reactivated it back, but it didn’t make any difference too.
Every time you try to submit the form, nothing happens, neither pop up thank you message appears nor this submission being registered. I am really lost here and will appreciate your help and advice. Thanks

Hey @svetlanaw123,

I just tested the form and could see a success message. Please check the screenshot at the following link.

Since you have enabled “Double Opt-in”, the user will receive an email from MailChimp.com with a link which they will need to click to confirm. Only after that is done, their email address would be added to your list.

I did a test using my personal email “me@harish….com” which you should be able to find in your MailChimp List/Audience.
