MC4WP not adding to Mailchimp

    Hi,

    I have a problem trying to integrate CF7 with MC4WP, I added API key and it’s all connected but, when i send the form it doesn’t add new emails to audience. When I check logs it says it was succesfully added [2025-09-10 13:13:57] INFO: Contact Form 7 > Successfully subscribed swac******@gm***.com. I am attaching the content of my form:
    [email* mc4wp-EMAIL placeholder “Twój e-mail”]
    [mc4wp_checkbox]
    [submit “Wyślij”]

    If the log shows the email is Successfully subscribed, everything worked as intended, from there it’s out of our hands.

    It is very likely the double opt-in email that’s sent by Mailchimp) where things are failing.
    Check your spam folder for that opt-in email and contact Mailchimp support to help you to prevent your emails going into spam.

    You can turn off double opt-in if you don’t need it. Under MC4WP > Integrations > Contact Form 7.
