1. Can I migrate a user from one membership to another?
At the moment, it’s not possible to manually move a user from one membership to another from the admin side. However, the good news is that this feature is currently in development and should be available in a future update.
For now, users can upgrade their membership themselves through their account page. You can follow the steps in this guide to set it up:

2. If I delete a user from the Members list, will the user be deleted completely?
No, deleting a user from the Members list only removes their membership. Their WordPress user account will still remain active unless you delete it manually from the Users section in your WordPress dashboard.
