Media attachment gallery broken

    Recently migrated a site between servers on a new host due to web address changing (owned by two separate people before you ask)

    Uses a theme called classic fashion by cosmothemes. They have extra functionality on posts that allows you to select images that creates a pop up lightbox gallery separate from the one available in the image library. Quite a lot of the site is built using this function.

    After moving the site the link to add or delete images when editing a post no longer works. It seems it has lost its link to the uploads folder but for the life of me I cant get it to work again, tried permissions and all sorts.

    Cosmothemes arent very helpful, opened a support ticket 3 days ago and no response.

    Does it sound like something someone has come across before? Any clues?

    Have you checked if the year/month folder names are consistent in both the code and on the server? If this is a theme error, this forum wont be very helpful though as this supports only open source themes and plugins from the repository.

    turned off organising media into month/year as part of the original install, its a standard thing i do on all WP sites.
