Media Attachment Issues
-
I’m using the free version. I sent my first email today to all users. Worked great. The only issue I have is when I added media to my signature. My picture is fine but it’s including the caption html code and centre aligned my image even though I had it left justified.
This is how it looks in the body of my email (I have a test account so I get a copy of what all my other users get).
This displays on the left side: [caption id="attachment_47872" align="alignleft" width="150"]
My image displays in the middle (even though you can see I said align left.
Then this displays on the right side of my image: Tammy Lee, Founder of GO FIT LIFE[/caption]
This did NOT appear like this when I typed up my email. It appeared fine. I only saw this in the actual email once I received it to my inbox.
Suggestion: Be great to have a direct link to submit a support ticket or at least a link to this forum on the plugin dashboard.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Tammy

Hi @tamfit it looks like you used shortcode here. Plugin diesn’t support shortcode rendering so you will have to only use HTML to style your images and texts. Thanks.

No, I did not add that. As explained, that appeared in the body of my email once I received the email to my user test account. It was not displayed like that in my original email as I typed it up using your plugin’s email composer. Again, I added the image from “add media” option and put my signature in the caption.
When the email was sent it appeared like that in my inbox.
I did NOT add shortcode.
Thanks for your quick reply.
Fix added on latest release. Thanks.
Wonderful! Got the update. Thanks!
