    Hi I have the media button on my site, can use it to select a photo, screen then goes back to my posts but no image loads in to the post.
    This was working fine last week.
    Small images (less than 100kb)
    Site only has around a dozen posts so not much content
    Using a modified WP theme, but it’s been working fine until this week
    Multiple browsers tried, as well as more than one computer, same thing.
    latest java and flash on all browsers on my computers
    tried disabling all the plugins, no resolution there

    Ive seen other people having image/media button problems but they seem more not even being able to get to their media library (which i can still load in to)

    i suspect its related to hostpapa doing something, as the url http://www.theozeffect.org/xmlrpc.php gives me the error
    “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” – could this be the reason images arent loading in?

    I noticed you mentioned using WordPress 4.1.1, have you tried updating it to the latest version?

    Also, you mentioned you tried disabling all the plugins, can you also try changing the theme to one of the default themes, so that we can isolate the issue.

    FYI, xmlrpc has nothing to do with it.

    I also checked your site, and seems you’ve added a few pics in the recent posts, maybe you have already worked that out, in which case, would you please share how you resolved the issue?

    Hi gagan,

    thanks for youre reply, and apologies I havent updated this.

    I finally got some answers from my host – as it turns out some sort of security from their end was kicking in and effectively stopping me from posting normally. They removed this security feature and since then everything has been good.
