Media Collection for Users

Looking for a collection plugin that let’s users create a collection list (multiple lists if possible) and anyone can view it publicly. For example, users can add their favorite movies, books, video games, figures to their profile. Free or paid plugin, I am having difficulty finding one.

I don’t have woo commerce installed so looking to find a plugin that I don’t need it.
