Media gallery not loading after activating plugin

    Hi all,

    Today I tried to add the Visual portfolio plugin to my website, but after activating it my media library wouldn’t load anymore in the website builder. When I deactivated the plugin it immediately loaded again. It’s not just when trying to open my library with the plugin galleries, but also with the basic WordPress ‘add image’ button.

    Anyone who encountered the same problem?

    Hello,

    Please try deactivating all plugins except Visual Portfolio. Then switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Five.

    After that, reactivate the plugins one by one until you identify the cause of the issue. If the problem still persists, switch back from the default theme to your original theme. This process should help determine which plugin is causing the conflict.

    Once you identify the conflicting plugin, I’ll review it and see what we can do next.
