    Hello
    I wanted to use the Media Grid for displaying a few galleries in my photography website, but:

    First, the plugin was loading along with the post in Elementor. I inserted a blank Media Grid widget, and…… I saw no place to start inserting my photos. No panel at all. The panel on the left side was the Section default panel and options. Nothing gallery or images-related.

    Then I thought “it must be cache”. I cleared the cache with W3 Cache, opened the post again…… This time, the Elementor left side panel was not even loading. Kept all translucent white with the default widgets loading…. loading…… loading…

    So, I wonder if do I need to change something here?

    Thanks for contacting leap13 support!

    It’d be great if you can share a screenshot for your system info, you can find it by navigating to WP Dashboard > Premium Addons for Elementor > System Info.

    Also, Could you please deactivate all plugins except Elementor and Premium Addons for Elementor, then try again?

    Hello!

    Meanwhile after I posted this issue, I got an update on Premium Addons. I updated it, and tried again to edit my post. It works now, great!

    But I do stil have the other issue related to the Media Grid. I place the widget, but don’t know where to go to insert my images in the gallery…

    After doing some plugin deactivating and testing one by one, I found the culprit:
    > Wordfence Security

    Maybe this plugin is messing something in some configuration and doesn’t let PA work correctly. Maybe there is a way to add PA to the exceptions? I will test this and get back here with the results.

    Ok I explained a bit wrong there.

    Even after PA update, the issue is the same: the panel is white in a loading loop. Doesn’t let me edit anything. If I disable Wordfence, then it works, and I managed to insert the Media Grid widget and get the options to place my images.

    I’ve placed a post in Wordfence’s forum, because this issue happens also with at least one more addon/plugin for Elementor. I hope they have some way of adding a plugin to exceptions list so it works normally. In theory, I should not need your support (the problem is not on your end).

    I will update this when I have some reply from them and let other people know how to proceed if they face the same issue.
