Actually, you can set width/height for Metro layout images using the responsive controls for those options. Here’s a screenshot for more clarification.

Yeah, I set the value for tablet and mobile devices, but nothing is changed. It always inherit the value from Desktop.

As you can see in my settings here in the tablet screen https://prnt.sc/rv92k7 , I set 4×4 size. But it does not reflected in the frontend.

Actually, cell size is calculated on page load, not on window resize. Here’s a screenshot from my end after page reload with window size is same as tab resolution.
