Media Library Access

    I have not built a WP site in a while, but I thought it used to be that all could see everything in the media library… we have 20+ authors on a company site and the uploaded images need to be available to all to see/use… but only admins can see all … everyone else just sees theirs… how do I change this behavior so everyone can see/use all?
