Does the media library load when you deactivate the Elementor plugin? If yes, please contact Elementor support: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/elementor/
If no, what exactly do you see when you open the media library? A white page or an error message? If the latter, which one?
It may be the case that Elementor is failing to load because you’re using an outdated version of the plugin. Outdated plugins can cause conflicts with other tools or with the latest version of WordPress.
WordPress 6.1 or a more recent version
PHP 8.1 or a more recent version
MySQL 8.0 or a more recent version
A WordPress memory limit of at least 128 MB
In most cases, you’ll be able to install a plugin even if your server doesn’t meet its requirements. However, that can lead to the plugin not working correctly and in Elementor’s case, failing to load the editor altogether.
How To Fix Elementor Not Loading
1. Update Elementor
2. Check for Plugin Conflicts (and Test Elementor Add-Ons)
3. Check the PHP Version of Your Site
4. Check Your Website’s Memory Limit
5. Switch Elementor’s Loader Method

Hi, i’ve tryed deactivating Elementor but it doesn’t work either.
i also have updated elementor, wordpress, php version, mysql and nothing happens.
What else do you think it can be?
Here is a link to an article that I have the same idea about, I think this might be very helpful if it does not. Let me know if I hand in another one.
Cause I was certain that you deactivated all the plugins one at a time to find which one might be an error and try to limit the number of plugins. When it comes to the media library it has to be really heavy to maximize the loading of the site.
Here below is a link I read through that I think might be helpful.
