Hi, yes I am. This is a live site though so I’m not very comfortable with deactivating plugins, etc.
In that case, I would recommend setting up a default 5-minute WP install. Leave everything at the defaults (settings, plugins, theme). That gives you a baseline setup for troubleshooting, experimenting, etc.
Thanks but not sure what you mean, do you mean on a new domain or server? Or a default theme?
However you want to set it up, does not matter. The point is to create a quick WP install for testing. Leave everything at default values, plugins, and theme. Then you have a baseline for troubleshooting — without disrupting anything on your live site.
I have the exact opposite error now, when I deactivate it the media library doesn’t load..very strange.
Yeah that’s weird and definitely not normal, sounds like something is interfering with normal functionality.
