Media Query Width 100%???

I am trying to get the site to fill the full width in the two smallest media query sizes and cannot figure out why it is not doing it. There is a side scroll bar when the screen is reduced down nearly all the way. If you view it on a mobile device the site is only 80% of the screen. By site I mean the class “site” or the wrapper of the site. Any ideas on how to get the the content of the site to fill the screen with no background visible would be awesome. url is: http://e-qualitycare.com/
