Media Replace issue (url parameter)

Hi,
I have an issue with your media replacement feature. It adds a timestamp to the file url. I understand it is made to burst the file cache but it changes the url on the frontend which creates other issues down the road.
For example the weglot translations are not working anymore, because for media translation, it depends on the media url. Since it changes the url, weglot does not detect it as a translatable media.
Do you have a hook I can use to clean the media url ?
