I have been an VERY HAPPY user of Enable Media Replace for the past 4 years or so. Last month it stopped working. If I for instance go to the Media Library, click on an existing image and upload a new one to replace it, I receive the message: Your image has been replaced!, but when I go to the website, it is evident that it has not been replaced. The new image is no where to be found in the Media Library. Please advise – I hope a solution can be found because I really love this plugin.

    Hi @pauline6112 ,

Thank you for your message and for using our plugin! 🙂

Based on what you described, this seems more likely to be a caching issue than a plugin issue. Caching can cause the old image to continue displaying even after it has been replaced.

Could you please purge all of your website caches, including any CDN cache if applicable, and then check whether the issue still occurs?

We haven’t received similar reports from other customers, so this is most likely cache related and should be resolved once the cache is cleared.

We will be here if you will need any assistance further!

    All the best,
