Hello @jackkim
Thanks for reaching us
I think these issues happen because there are some styling conflict between Youzify and your theme. May I know what theme you are using now?
Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.

Hello @jackkim
Thanks for your reply
Please try to switch the theme for temporary to default WordPress theme and see if the problem solved or not without the Homeid theme. 🙂

Hi, I just tried changing the theme to other one but the media page was still crashing for some reason. But I fix the problem on why my menu that was hidden under the profile section. It was because of the z-index and I fixed it and now its good!
I can’t figure out how to solve the other 2 problems tho.
Last time when I used other theme I had same problem with media page and your team fixed it with the CSS code. Maybe thats how we can resolve..?
Thank you for the reply

@kainelabsteam I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff
Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us escalating this to the plugins team.
It’s never necessary to do that. Here’s why.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

Hello @jackkim
We just tested it on our testing server and we can not reproduce the issue. The Media Section is working fine on our side.
We suggest you disable all non-BuddyPress + Youzify plugins, also switch your theme to the default WordPress theme, and see if the issue solve or not. 🙂
Best Regards, KaineLabs Team.
Thank you for the reply!
I had to use this theme so I kept it there but I was able to fix this with one line of CSS code. For the people having same problem with Media page, I will put the CSS code under.
.media.buddypress {
display: block;
}
Thank you for making such a great plugin
