Mega Menu Not Able to Connect

    When trying to click on Mega Menu, it says my site is unable to connect. I have confirmed with our hosting provider that the specs are satisfied. We use this for Elementor.

    This works on our Dev Site with the same Plugins (and a few extra). Are there any other configurations to check? Everything is up to date.

    Can you please share screenshot of the error? Also follow this Megamenu documentation if you have not followed already.

    Hey Benjir — we have followed the documentation. We were able to access using Firefox but not with Chrome.

    Thanks for your help and will use Firefox. We will let you know if other issues occur.
