    In our development environment, the Mega Menu prebuilt template is inserting correctly. It’s possible that the issue occurred while we were working on our server. Therefore, I kindly request you to clear the cache on both your website and browser. Hopefully, this will allow the template to import properly.

    If the issue persists, I recommend performing a conflict test on your site to identify the exact cause of the problem (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).

    • Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor to check if the issue is theme-related. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins except ElementsKit and Elementor, then reactivate them one by one to identify conflicts.
    • Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide) and regenerate CSS & sync the library (Guide).

    Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.
