Thanks. After you set the panel width to 80%, go to Mega Menu > Menu Themes > Custom Styling and add the following:

@include desktop {
    #mega-menu-wrap-main-menu #mega-menu-main-menu > li.mega-menu-megamenu > ul.mega-sub-menu {
        margin-left: 10%;
    }
}
