Mega menú problem

Since a few weeks the mega menu of our website (aunoa.ai) is malfunctioning. When we are logged in WordPress can navigate without complications, however, from incognito or without being logged in, when hovering the cursor the menu displays but appears without background and closes when you hover the cursor over it. This makes navigation impossible.
We have cleared the cache with WP Rocket, investigated plugin incompatibilities, redone the menu… I can’t think of any more ideas
