Megamenu not loading

    2 menu items “for dogs” “for cats” have a dropdown and megamenu. It is well visible shop page header.

    Home page header is built with your plugin and that drop down and mega menu is not visible. Can you help? Thanks

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    I had visited your site, and it seems that the cache plugin Autoptimize is causing the issue.

    Could you please deactivate the cache plugin, clear the server-side cache and let me know how it goes?

    pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL.

    if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
