Member access

I added a tab for my Wholesale Members. As a special member, I want them to be able to login and place their order from this site at discount prices.

I have restricted access so that you have to be a Wholesale member to access this page, however, I have a problem.

There is no cost to become a Wholesale Member so the problem is that it is showing up on my registration page: http://members.concreteandiron.com/membership-account/membership-levels/

and now anyone can click on it and become a member and get instant access to the Wholesale prices and place an order.

Is there a way to delay access so that I can approve them?

Or set it up to send me an email with a request to become a Wholesale Member?

Or maybe just hide this membership from the Register page?
