Member cannot access restricted page

    Hi, I have set up a new site to test PMPro. I created an account to access restricted content, but when I try to access that content, instead of showing it, I am asked to log in again (although I am already logged in).

    Hello Patrick,

    It looks like you are using Docket Cache. You will want to exclude some PMPro pages from being cached. See our post here about caching and PMPro.

    Hello, thanks for the reply, but with Docket deactivated and the cache cleared, the same thing still happens

    Do you have any server side caching active? Perhaps handled by your host? We use WP’s core login functionality – does any other parts of your site show as not logged in while you are logged in?
