Member count shortcode not working

    Hi,

    I’m trying to display the total number of members and members by levels but it just show s the shortcode instead of a value.

    [pmpro_member_count]
    [pmpro_member_count level=”1,2,3,5″]

    I’ve also tried these but none of them work

    [pmpro_member_count justmember=true]
    [pmpro_member_count level=1,2,3,5]

    any help would be much appreciated.
