Dear,

I meet a little problem with the Ultimate Member extension whenever a member get his profile description and update, description disappears, the only way to see it is to disconnect and reconnect?

Wordpress and DIVI last version !

Hi @wesheida,

Can you please do a conflict test on the theme first and then plugins and see if it is caused by a conflict. You can click the link for directions on the plugin/theme conflict test:

I disabled the extensions other than Ultimate members, set the default theme it still does not ?
