Member Import Issue + Page Mapping

    I have two questions:

    We are using Ultimate Member along with WooCommerce Membership and Subscription so that paid members can get in on the Membership Directory provided by Ultimate Member.
    However, with a new site, we are importing all existing members into WooCommerce.

    Now, if I am logged in, I can see all 300+ members in the directory on the page, but when I log out and try to see it as a visitor, there are NO members in the directory. The page is blank.

    Second issue is with mapping. There are only 3 forms provided. Do more forms need to be created in order to create the pages needed to correctly map the Settings > General > Pages? Or can any pages be created and named accordingly to use in those fields??

    Forget paying for the paid version of this product. If I can’t get any customer support in a week, why should I pay?
