Hi — Does either version of Post Status Notifier allow the user to set his own alert conditions? Or, is that only possible by the admin for all users similarly? Thank you

Thanks for your request. PSN has to be configured by an admin. There is no user interface as it was not meant to be a newsletter tool. Maybe this will come with future updates.
