Yeah I tried to open a ticket but I was blocked from opening a ticket for support because you guys locked my account and refunded me. Now I have paid membership pro for my website with active subscribers until I can figure out a way to find a new membership plug-in. Until then, PMPRO plug-in and the add on features, such as Series Add on, which I’m told is the reason access to content is decreased instead of increased when a member upgrades their membership.
I e-mailed but I was refused support.
