Member Payments Problems

Hello guys, great plugin, but I do not understand why I have 2 staff members who do not use PayPal payment, I have created a 3 equal to these 2 and in the payment methods PayPal appears.

I have deactivated from the general settings of bookly PayPal and I don’t understand why this user has it.

I’m asking for a little support because I’m going crazy!
