MEMBER REGISTRATION ISSUE

    In the member registration page, once Step 1 has been completed, the page will auto load to display Step 2 of the registration process.

    However, it will only display the following text and nothing else:

    “Step 2. Select a subscription

    Please select a subscription from the options below.”

    There is no subscription option to select. When I checked the members listing, the new member is not activated.

    Solomonc, did you happen to figure out why this was? I am having the exact same issue… so far have gotten everything else to function the way I want, but am getting the same problem with Step 2: select a subscription.

    Please let me know if you have figured out a solution.

    When I first used this plugin I had the same issue.

    I found that I had not activated any of the Subscription Gateways (and this includes the option for ‘free’). Once I did that, my subscription showed up beneath the “Step 2. Select a subscription”. Perhaps this is what is happening in your cases?
