    Hello, I have a paid member subscriptions subscription set up on my website linked to Tutor LMS, when users register for the subscription they are supposed to receive 100% discount on all items. A new customer signed up for the subscription but all of the products are still showing full price. Is there any fix / patch to resolve this?

    Hi @dandanflood,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. I assume that is a WooCommerce product. Could you please share a screenshot of how you’ve set the 100% discount based on PMS for that product?
    3. Could you please go to the WordPress Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members page, hover your mouse cursor over the member (with whom you have encountered this issue), and click on the Edit Member link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Member page, click on the “Edit” button from the Subscription tab, and please take a screenshot of the Subscription Logs and send it to me.
