    sorry if this is in the wrong board.

    is there a way to make a member database thing so people need to register to rate and comment on posts?

    It’s under the options->discussion tab in your admin…

    Is there a feature so you can only 1 account have per IP address and email address?

    as far as i’m aware, there’s no feature for that… however you can always moderate your users and if you see that someone’s used the same email address on 2 accounts, you can delete one. i don’t know how much that will help, but it’s a start.
