I’m switching from a wordpress directory to another. The original directory had a connector in which sync’d with the wordpress users but unfortunately for the username it created its own ID number.

Using phpmyadmin I’m able to change the outgoing directory’s ID number and replace with first initial and last name of user(s).

But under ‘Account’s, the page from UM, it is still showing the outgoing directory’s ID number even though I logged in with my new username.

How can I refresh UM to show the updated wordpress username?

    Hi @mtporter

Please try clearing the UM User cache. Go to WP Admin > Ultimate Member > Dashboard > User Cache.

Wished I could have seen sooner but no worries. I used a plugin called login as user and updated the ones needing updating from the frontend by going into the account page and selecting ‘Update’

    Hi @mtporter

Are you still having issues or this has been resolved with your steps above?

Resolved. Now that I know where to delete cache, I can now remove the login as user
