I have three member roles that correspond to member directories. Existing members prior to the update cannot update their profiles (no cog to click to edit). These existing members cannot view member directories either. When a new member is added to the site, they do have access and can update and view all directories.

The site is also using the Ultimate Member – WooCommerce Version 2.0.1

Same error here!
Nobody is providing support.
This is waste of time.

I had to make all users have only one role.

Thanks for help. I read also elsewhere in this forum that adding a “Priority” number to user roles will activate the “gear” icon so that users will be able to edit their profile. I did that, and it works!!!
