Member's Data Not Saved

    Hi I’m starting a site from scratch (no live users yet), but I’m having trouble with member accounts. I made a test user account manually in admin, and have edited the new user’s role to ‘editor’ in wp user settings, as per instructions. But on the front end, when that user is logged in, no data can be saved (1/4 – 4/4), and the “Edit Profile” tab remains red. The user is continually redirected to 1/4.
    In the admin side, the user won’t show up in ‘rencmembers’ either.

    I’ve tried everything I can think of, and am out of ideas. I’m not sure if there is a simple solution for this or a complicated one… any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,
    I can not reproduce your issue. Do you have other plugins ?
    Otherwise, it’s better to choose ‘Subscriber’.

    Thank you for replying.
    It doesn’t matter which role I set the user to. I have other plugins, the only one activated that is related to users is ‘BAW Login/Logout menu’. Let me double check if other plugins is the issue, I should know in a few hours..
    If other plugins aren’t the problem, since you’re not able to reproduce the issue, if there’s a secure way to send you the login credentials, I’d be willing to send them to you.

    Hi again,
    I tested to see if other plugins might be causing the issue, I removed them all except for Rencontre, and again as the test user tried to fill out 1/4-4/4. And again after completing 4/4 the same problem occurred where no data was actually saved and was redirected to start over.
    Any other ideas?
