Hi, are you saying that before you installed the plugin you already had internal server errors? If that is the case you have to get in contact with your Host. They should be able to investigate further what is causing this issue in your website.

Sorry,I instaled the plugin, and it seams that it works. But just accesing to “add a group of members” it appears the error.

“The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.”

All the rest of the modulo work perfect.

    Thanks

Hi are you saying that the page is producing the error message? Can you enable debug mode and check the log file?

    Thank you

I have made that, but there is not any line in the log.txt file.

Trying to log, everything is OK, and some lines appear in the log file, but when I try to ADD a new group, the server errors appear and no new lines in the log file.

In any case, can I add a group of members by myself directly in the database?

    In this case, wich table?

    wp_swpm_membership_meta_tbl
    wp_swpm_membership_tbl
    wp_swpm_member_tbl
    wp_swpm_payments_tbl

    Thanks in advance

Hi, the server error needs to be fixed before using this plugin. I would get in contact with your host about this issue as I mentioned above.

If you don’t you will run into more problems in the near future. One of the plugin developers will investigate your issue further.

    Kind regards

    Hi mbrsolution,

I have contacted with my host, and they have not detected any trouble in their side.
Making tests, I have added a new group directly in the wp_swpm_membership_tbl table, and everything works great, less new groups.

I think that must be sometinh wrong with ADD GROUP funtion.

    Thanks
