    People sign-up and get an error while the process…
    They sign-up again and this time it’s alright.

    But I actually received 2 payments.
    I use the free s2member version 141007
    Use WP: 4.0
    I have to contact the people each time to refund one of them.
    Please hope you can fix this guys.
    This occurred 2 times in a row…

    I always wonder when people write this sort of thing, because it’s so rarely the plugin that’s at fault. And you provide so little information. Are you on a shared host? Who is your host? How are users paying?

    So the answer for now must be generic. The most likely problems are a plugin conflict, a theme conflict, or you haven’t got enough memory allocated to your WordPress installation.
