I have a multisite and I have installed wcfm marketplace multivendor and wcfm multivendor membership… and when I try to test register a vendor it says “Registration Failed” and when I go to WordPress General settings.. I don’t have a Membership option that says anyone can register… please help!!!

Please go to the support forum of whichever plugin you’re having a problem with and ask for help there. This way, you’ll get help form the developer of the specific plugin.
