Greetings and thanks for posting! Sorry you’re having trouble getting the buttons to display, let’s get that sorted! 🙂
For the Subscriptions, you’ll need to also ensure the “Make Public” option is activated as well.
The Subscriptions would also need to have a monetary value associated with them in order for the payment button to show.
Could you please confirm those both are the case?
Also, when trying this out, you’ll need to be logged out of the site. Have you tried that?
If possible, could you provide a link to we can give it a try?

Thank you for your reply!
To be clear the Sign Up buttons display fine for the various subscription plans.
On the page where the user enters the login information there is no “register” button or button to accept the info and complete the registration.

Thanks for clarifying that! Are you referring to the standard WP login page?
If so, you could try using Theme My Login to bring your login to your site’s front-end:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/theme-my-login/
Then provide a link to the registration page in that login page.
Would that work for you?

Hi David-
I think you have misunderstood. I’m not referring to the WP login page. I’m referring to your plugin registration page.
Your answer indicates that I’m having a problem accessing the registration page. I can access the registration page fine. User clicks “register” and is taken to the Membership Plugin registration page as set in the Options.
User then selects a Subscription plan and clicks “Sign Up.”
User is then taken to a page for entering information (email, user name etc. ) ON THIS PAGE THERE IS NO BUTTON, NO OPTION OF ANY KIND TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION.
Please help.

We’d love to get this issue sorted if it isn’t already. If you could please provide a link to the registration, we’ll gladly have a look and see what we can find.
Something you could maybe try as well…if you could setup a free subscription and use the free gateway, then try completing the signup process with that, it’ll help to rule out a gateway configuration issue.
