    Hi

    Hoping you can help me. When I click on the plugin in my wordpress panel, it keeps saying “would you like to import” data. And doesnt show the data. I keep having to import it. When I import it is all as I set it out already. How do I get this sorted out? I dont want any issues to come up as Ive launched it all now.

    Hi Meg,

    This message is there since we made a switch from Membership 1 to Membership 2, if you didn’t use M1 before then it doesn’t matter if the import fails as there was nothing to import and you should be able to continue using the plugin normally.

    However, just to be sure about this can you send us a screenshot of the error you’re seeing?
