Hi,

Should ‘Access Duration (required)” be set to :

No Expiry (Access for this level will not expire until cancelled)

or set to : Expire After …

Members are required make a subscription fee every 30 days

Thank you for reaching out to us. I believe for your situation you should set it to No Expiry (Ongoing Membership Type Setup). This is because you said, “Members are required to make a subscription fee every 30 days”. Which means you are setting up a 30 day subscription type membership level. Is this correct?
