Hello @arthurideclap33,
If I understood correctly, you are using our WooCommerce integration to attache subscription plans to WooCommerce products.
This should be the reason why payments do not appear on our side (Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments section) because using the WooCommerce integration, all of the payments and checkout are handled by their plugin.
When it comes to the Paid Member Subscriptions -> Members section, you should be able to search for this user -> hover over their name -> click on edit -> in the Subscriptions Section see all of the users subscriptions (active/expired/abandoned/etc..) Is this what you meant by the user not existing? Can you not find the user by searching for them in the members section?
Furthermore, could you please send me a screenshot of your Plugins page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are visible.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Hello Support,
First of all, thank you for your response.
My problem is that she took out her subscription before the old one expired, and since then, only the old subscription has been displayed on her profile. The new one does not appear in the list of members. I am attaching screenshots.
Thank you.

Hello @arthurideclap33,
Renewing a subscription before the old one expires should not be an issue and it should just extend the current subscription with the subscription plans duration.
Did your users subscribe to this using our WooCommerce integration by purchasing a WooCommerce product with a Subscription Plan attached to it? Was the renewal purchase done the same way?
Hello Support,
Thank you for your response.
We had to delete the new purchase in WooCommerce and delete the member + membership in your plugin to recreate a purchase and see the member with the correct subscription.
This is because the second purchase was not made in the same way and therefore the information was not reported. We did not connect the plugin to Stripe, we just linked the products to WooCommerce.
If we connect to WooCommerce today and activate the [pms-account] shortcode so that members can renew and be informed of the expiry date, won’t there be a conflict with old WooCommerce orders if they renew?
Thank you.
Hello @arthurideclap33,
When it comes to some of the features you have mentioned, we are not allowed to talk about the paid plugins here. If you wish to have this conversation, please contact us at https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/
