1.) In regards to the menus, this is definitely possible, but you’ll have to modify your theme. Basically you’ll have to register 2 navigation menus, and check to see if a user is logged in or not using the pmpro_hasMembershipLevel() function and display the menus accordingly. Here’s a link to that function in the plugin: https://github.com/strangerstudios/paid-memberships-pro/blob/dev/includes/functions.php#L402. There’s also a generic WordPress logged in function that you might want to use called is_user_logged_in().

2.) It is possible to have more than one billing option. We have a recipe for that here: http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2012/06/offering-multiple-gateway-options-at-checkout/. It is behind our paywall so you’ll have to register to see it.
