Hey @wlatif,
Hope you’re well.
When I tried [ms-membership-signup] shortcode it shows my available memberships for sign up. Are you using any caching plugin? Also, which membership type are you using on your membership and is that membership “This membership is public” option set to “Yes”? You can see that option while editing membership like this;

Cheers,

Hi Oguz,
Thanks for your help!
Yes, I have it set to public, we have even added other membership to test it and still the shortcode doesn’t really show anything on the page 🙁
Here are few screenshot on what I have, the last one shows how the page shows for non-logged in users. Thanks again for your help!

Hey @wlatif,
Hope you’re well.
Can you check Membership 2 > Settings page “Membership List” and “Registration” pages? These pages have the same shortcode is that working on that pages?
If none of the pages works maybe there is some conflict causing this issue. Can you take backup of your site first then try to deactivate all plugin except Membership 2, activate default Twenty Seventeen theme and check the page again.
Cheers,
Oguz

Hello Dimitris,
Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. Yes, it is resolved!
As you have suspected, there was a conflict with another plugin, but it took us a while to figure out which one, sorry for not updating you after I resolved it.
Thanks for your help!
