• Needing some help with woocommerce memberships and importing into Learn Press. Have a site using woocommerce memberships to control access for 3, 6, and 12-month memberships; it works fine for new purchases. Access is shut off as expected if I pause or cancel a membership. I have approximately 600 existing memberships for these different plans, which have been imported into the WooCommerce memberships, but it did not grant access to the Learn Press courses. Please point me in the right direction.

    We are using Learnpress with the woocommerce addon and then woocommerce memberships plugin. As stated before for purchasing new prodcuts everything is working as excepected but trying to get out existing memberships imported into the new setup and it is not giving the proper access to the the Learnpress course when the import is done.
